My goal is to help homeowners find the best balance of value and beauty for their remodeling project. Whether it is updating a kitchen to make it more efficient and attractive, turning an ordinary bathroom into an area of rest and relaxation, or adding a room to meet the needs of a growing family, I want each homeowner to get the maximum value and enjoyment for the dollars they invest in their project.

Design Background 

• Used Revit to redesign restaurant interior for renovation. 

• Used CAD to design interior for a 2,500 sq/ft children’s play center. 

• Worked on design of multiple commercial/residential projects, performed site visits, and produced detailed architectural drawing and sketches. 

•  Provided creative concept solutions and maintained all blueprint files, documents, and records. 

•  Conducted reports on the progress of projects and presented results to managers. 

• Communicated and work closely with other professional Architects; performed other duties as assigned. 

• Creating and executing project work plans and revising them appropriately to meet changing needs and requirements. 

•  Conceptualizing and designing buildings and structures that are visually powerful and intellectually elegant. 

• Leading a team of five architects on large architectural projects and always meeting deadlines.

• Working closely with the construction team to ensure the project stays within budget.
